Flabbergast at the shoddy conduct of one of JWT Kolkata's employees who was not only extremely rude on a phone call with this reviewer, but also lacked even the basic of basic courtesies in business/human relations. I guess it's my folly that i expected better from one of the world's best ad agencies. I so pity this agency's clients... So much for 150 years of "illustrious" history!
